Tree House

Originally built in 1899, the renovation of the home combined its historic charm with modern functionality.  Ideally located near both Washington Park and Prospect Park, it offers a perfect balance of classic architecture and contemporary living, with easy access to some of the city's best green spaces.  Each space in the home was thoughtfully designed to allow natural light and the tree lined street views to be the focal point. RAAD integrated our MEP design to seamlessly blend with the architectural elements of the home.
