Ted’s Corner Tavern
RAAD provided mechanical design services for this corner bar located at 35th Street and 3rd Avenue in Murray Hill.
The space features 30 rotating taps of seasonal and specialty craft beers, paired with Mediterranean small plates in a low-lit setting. Our design focused on efficient ventilation and climate control to support the bar’s high turnover and equipment needs, while maintaining a comfortable atmosphere for guests. The system was tailored to fit the compact layout without disrupting the bar’s aesthetic or operation.
