Collector’s House
RAAD provided the mechanical design for the renovation of this historic 4,800 SF townhouse on Doctor’s Row in Harlem.
Completed in 2018, the renovation carefully preserved the townhouse’s classic architectural features while seamlessly integrating modern systems to meet the needs of contemporary living. The result is a thoughtful transformation that honors the building’s rich history.
