RAAD’s design approach carefully balanced modern building systems with the architectural integrity of the prewar structure. Located just blocks from the Buttermilk Channel, this project exemplifies RAAD’s ability to enhance historic buildings with contemporary, code-compliant MEP solutions. RAAD also served as the special inspector for this project.
