Nicholas Azadian, PE - Founding Partner

Nicholas is a founding partner at Ramirez and Azadian Analysis and Design (RAAD). His attention to detail and deep knowledge of building systems sets him apart. He has managed and designed a range of building types including high-rise residential buildings, restaurants, and laboratory spaces. Nicholas works with clients throughout the entire design process from feasibility all the way through project closeout.

Nicholas’ is an experienced manager and designer overseeing projects ranging from a 2,000 SF office to a 2MSF high-rise building. He has worked as a mechanical and plumbing engineer at premier engineering firms including WSP, Buro Happold, and STV. Nicholas has delivered projects in various locations including New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Chicago, and Washington, DC. 

Nicholas is a licensed professional engineer in the states of Florida, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts. He received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University.

Sebastian Ramirez - Founding Partner

Sebastian is a founding partner at RAAD who gives each client his full attention. He has a passion for energy conservation and renewable energy strategies. His designs minimize detrimental impacts to the built environment. Sebastian works directly with clients to define key problems to solve. His collaborative approach to engineering brings all parties to the table at the beginning – so no stone is unturned.

Sebastian has spent the last 10 years working in engineering and development. He has overseen projects ranging from 10,000 SF to 250,000 SF. He has worked on many flagship buildlings throughout New York City including World Trade Center, the MetLife Building, and the iconic Chrysler Building during his tenure at WSP and Stantec. As a senior engineer at WeWork, Sebastian managed a multitude of projects throughout the globe.

Sebastian holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Farmingdale, State University of New York.
